At Shock Surplus, we want your style to be seamless, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, tagged apparel. If your fit isn't perfect, our streamlined process ensures you get back to looking your best without the hassle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with all tags attached in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
